Career Summary: In pursuing the dream of serving the people of Bangladesh, the Founder and Managing Partner of The Jurists Alliance, Mr. Md Abu Nasir Mojumder started his legal career soon after the beginning of the 21st century when he became an LLB student at Stamford University in 2006. He obtained his LL.B. (Hons.) from the Stamford University Bangladesh in 2010; and LL.M. from the University of Information Technology and Science in 2011. To accelerate his goal, he joined as a pupil in a reputed law firm, Hoque and Associates, in 2012. After completing his pupilage, he was offered to join that reputed law firm as an Associate under the supervision of Mr. Shah Monjurul Hoque, Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
He gained the required legal knowledge and experience, and after being qualified for the written and viva-voce examination on 01.20.2012 he was enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council. Subsequently, He became a member of the Dhaka Bar Association on 15.04.2013, bearing a Membership No. 17031. On 13.08.2022 He obtained permission to practice before the Hon'ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Subsequently, he became a Supreme Court Bar Association member on 13.08.2023, bearing Membership No. 11336.
His legal career has lasted more than eighteen years, which has equipped him with the essential qualities and skills a lawyer can cherish. He has been involved in various legal areas, including Company Matters, Writ Matters, Civil litigation, Criminal litigation, Banking and Financial Matters, Commercial, Corporate and Company Matters, and Employment Issues in General and Constitutional issues.

Drafting & Hearing of Memorandum of Appeal from Original Decree before the Hon’ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
