Career Summary: Mr. Md Shahed Kamal started practicing in the year 2010 under the guidance of the most prominent lawyer Mr. Md. Ismail Hossain and soon built up a very good practice in almost all branches of law, especially in Legal Drafting, Client Conferencing, Legal Research, Negotiation, Petition for Injunction, Different types of Bail and other Interim Petitions i.e. Petition for Attachment before Judgment, Amendment of Pleadings, Written Objection, Issue Framing and ADR etc.
Thereafter in December 2013 have joined another most prominent Corporate Law Firm, namely Khan & Partners, with this firm he have gathered sole knowledge in Corporate Law Matters, Banking & Finance and Real Estate matters as well as expert in preparing Memo of Appeal, Civil Revision; various type Writ & Criminal Appeal, Company Matters & Criminal Quashment etc. Then He had the opportunity to work with another prominent Corporate Law Firm, namely Azad & Company as Head of Litigation. Now He has been practicing as a Corporate Lawyer with The Jurists Alliance as a Partner.

Vetting of the property documents and providing legal opinion upon the right title of the property in question. Drafting various kinds of agreements, deeds and documents for day-to-day banking business, vetting deeds and agreements, and furnishing legal opinions. Furnishing legal opinion upon vetting of the property documents like Deed of Sale, Agreement for sale, different Agreements, Deed of Gift, Deed of Rectification etc. Drafting of various kinds of security documents like Deed of Sale, Agreement for Sale, Deed of Mortgage, Deed of General Power of Attorney, different Agreement like Loan Agreement, Lease Agreement, Plaints, Petitions, Applications, Written Statement, Criminal Miscellaneous Petition etc. Vetting of different kinds of Agreements, Deeds, Documents, Guarantee, Memorandum, Undertaking and other legal instruments. Furnishing various legal opinions given Companies Act, 1994 and Bank Companies Act, 1991. Interviewing and counselling clients, especially Bankers, advising them about the property documents which are going to be kept as a security against the credit facility given by the Bank in favour of the Bank’s client.
